Tierra del Sol Resort, Spa & Country Club holds a unique place in Aruba's history: when it opened on January 28, 1995, it was the island's first master-planned residential resort community. Nothing quite like it had existed on Aruba before — a comprehensive integration of golf, residential, hotel, and timeshare components on a 600-acre site at the island's dramatic northwest tip.

Tierra del Sol spans a wider range of product types than any other development on the island — from hotel rooms to estate homes.
Residential Villas (~50) Independently owned villas within the gated community. Typically 3–4 bedrooms with private pools and golf course or ocean views. These are among Aruba's most exclusive properties.
Timeshare Villas (~150) Vacation ownership units in the traditional timeshare format. Same principles as other vacation ownership products, but in Tierra del Sol's dramatic northwest environment.
Estate Homes The largest and most prestigious product. 4–5 bedroom custom homes on generous plots — the most expensive and scarcest residential properties on the island. Very rarely appear on the resale market.
