Cas Bon positioned the lush tropical landscaping as the primary organising element of the site — buildings arranged around green space, rather than green space inserted around buildings.
The architectural language follows Cas Bon's Contemporary Caribbean formula: clean lines, large windows and doors for natural light and ventilation, private terraces connecting each unit to the outdoor environment, and quality materials selected for longevity in Aruba's dry tropical climate. Reinforced concrete construction, moisture and termite barriers, and proper drainage are standard across all Cas Bon projects.
